What an exciting day is Seussville! Today we learnt how to follow instructions to make fried bread. A lot of the class were already star bakers and were quite comfortable moving around the kitchen. Our experts were fantastic at helping others in the class. Although fried bread is not traditional Maori cuisine, it is loved by many New Zealand families. It is now loved by all of Seussville too! We topped our fried bread with a little butter and a drizzle of golden syrup. Delicious!
