Room 7's Fire Station Visit

 Room 5 and 7 recently visited the Fire Station! We were very excited about this and as you can see from the few photo's we have many budding fire men and women! A big hit was being able to use the hose!

The Gingerbread Man

Hi! Well what a great team assembly we had on Monday! It was lots of work but very exciting and entertaining!! The Room 7 children did a fantastic job of acting out The Gingerbread Man. For all those parents who couldn't get to our assembly, here is a link for you to watch it!

The Star Fishes.

This is an awesome story written by one of our 'Super Stars,' Gemma, this morning. Look at how much detail she has in her picture and how well she can hear sounds in words. Can you see the seven stars representing the Star Fishes in the legend?

Super Stars

Room 7 have become the 'Super Stars' (which of course you already know!) We read a story about seven little fishes who become stars and the name evolved from there, through a number of ideas, until we settled on 'Super Stars'. This is a photo of our class name poster that we all helped to create. Below are our Taniwha counting puzzles that we also created. Check us out when you are at school, the number of stars will be growing all year!
